I would love nothing more than a perpetual brightly lit outlook. But dark thoughts live within me. In my world, it’s impossible to maintain brightly lit thinking for any duration. A day here, a moment there, is all I can muster. Memory of the bright helps keep the dark at bay. And finally knowing that God’s Spirit is master over darkness provides guiding comfort during the darkest moments.
If I could, I would help us all live forever brightly lit in God's loving hands. But that is His promise for a tomorrow. Today we face our demon. Just remember that praying to God is communion with Him. Be sure and take time to listen when praying. It’s a two sided affair. ❤️🩹
